Getting to the Bay Area
SFO
San Francisco International Airport
Approximately 45 min - 1 hr 15 min to/from Pleasanton
San Francisco International Airport is the largest and most internationally connected airport in the Bay Area. It offers the greatest number of nonstop domestic and international flights, making it ideal for guests traveling from farther away. While it can be busier than other airports, it provides excellent amenities and transportation options.
OAK
Oakland International Airport
Approximately 35 - 50 minutes to/from Pleasanton
Oakland International Airport is often a favorite for Bay Area travelers due to its ease of navigation and frequent nonstop domestic flights. It is generally more relaxed and efficient than larger airports, while still offering a wide range of airlines. OAK can be a great option for guests flying from the western U.S.
SJC
San Jose International Airport
Approximately 35 - 1 hr 5 min to/from Pleasanton
San Jose International Airport is a convenient option for guests flying into the South Bay. It is typically less crowded than larger Bay Area airports, which can mean shorter security lines and quicker baggage claim. SJC is a good choice if you're planning to spend time in San Jose, Palo Alto, or Silicon Valley.
Important Traffic Note
Please be aware of Bay Bridge traffic during rush hours (typically 7-9 AM and 4-7 PM on weekdays). If you're arriving from SFO and need to cross the Bay Bridge, plan extra time for your journey. We recommend avoiding peak traffic times if possible.
Using BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit)
Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) is the Bay Area's regional train system and is a convenient option for guests flying into SFO or OAK who prefer not to drive. BART connects both airports to the East Bay and offers a straightforward, traffic-free way to get close to Livermore.
How to Reach the Venue
To reach 2929 Constitution Dr, Livermore, CA 94551, guests should take BART to the Dublin/Pleasanton station, which is the closest BART stop to Livermore. From there, the destination is about a 15–20 minute drive by car. Guests can use Uber, Lyft, or a taxi from the station, or arrange a rental car pickup nearby. While BART does not go directly into Livermore, this combination of train + short rideshare is often easier than driving the entire way from San Francisco or Oakland, especially during peak traffic hours.
Helpful Notes for Guests
- •BART trains run frequently during the day
- •Tickets can be purchased at stations or via the BART mobile app
- •Luggage is allowed on trains
- •Late-night arrivals should double-check schedules, as service frequency is reduced in the evenings
